Seralyn gave a good answer if the question is: “Can you re-ferment a non-alcoholic wine with yeast?” The only addition I would make to her answer is that if that non alcoholic wine has residual sugar (and many of them do), the producer after removing the alcohol would likely add Potassium Sorbate to keep it from re-fermenting and producing more alcohol since they don’t want their NA wine to have alcohol. If PS is added it will probably not restart with fresh yeast.
